We aren't the typical caterer. We believe food is an expression of who you are and how it's presented. If your looking for the old cafeteria buffet style, will that's not us.

Chef Shane has brought us into the high-technology world of cooking. He is creating a kitchen most restaurants can only dream of. You will be amazed at her abilities to bring 250 elevated hot entree's to your guests at once.

The beauty of seated dinners and plated meals is that couples are looking to take that concept to the next level and introduce this fine dinning to their guests. We see every dinner, set up as more of a unique experience, instead of a typical three-course meal. We expose guests to various elegant food options that most guests have never been able to experience. We want to bring back life to wedding reception food as more of a unique fine dining experience. Chef Shane works with our couples to create a custom menu that can not be recreated because they are personal to every couple. He will create two protein option entrees for your guests to choose from along with vegetarian and gluten-free options as alternatives for those guests on special diets.

Located adjacent to our lower ballroom, Seven XVI allows you to escape into the past. Inspired by the glamorous 1920s, this comfortable retreat is inviting and intimate all at once. Relax into luxury while sipping on world-class wines or enjoying

delicious selections from our inventive cocktail list. In warm summer months, you're welcome to take a stroll on the space's western-facing patio and watch a golden sunset disappear behind the horizon. After dark, the large wood burning fireplace adds an unforgettable ambiance to the attached outdoor entertaining space. Seven XVI is an impeccably styled wine bar that marries vintage elegance with the comforts of the present day. Surrounded by our breathtaking decor, you'll experience an elevated atmosphere that exudes class, style, and charm.

At Seven XVI, we offer a curated selection of international wines that will please even the most discerning palettes.Our rotating list contains seasonal selections that have all been hand selected by our in-house sommelier. No matter your preferred price point, you'll find something on our wine list that perfectly aligns with your preferences.

The Details

We have a vision and passion for floral artistry that goes beyond just duplicating a Pinterest image. We strive to turn your wedding into an event that will be admired and cherished for years to come.

Our experienced professional staff works with our in-house designer to create the personal and event pieces you’re dreaming of.

Our team can guide you towards a variety of different arrangements and are able to source flowers in the world.

We believe every couple is unique. They each have their own vision and personality they want to showcase through florals.

Many couples look to us for floral budget, this can be hard to determine. Floral visions are as unique as each of our couples. Because of this, every wedding floral budget is unique.

Designers ask, How do you envision the event? What style inspires you? Are you drawn to more greenery? Do you have a favorite flower? Do you have an inspiration board to show us what you are more drawn to?

Again, these questions help us to allocate your budget accordingly to your must-haves.

As a general rule of thumb, 15-20% of overall wedding budget should be reserved for florals.
